K2HPO4诱导黄瓜抗炭疽病研究

摘    要:研究了磷酸盐(K2HPO4)诱导黄瓜对黄瓜炭疽病(Colletotrichumlagenarium)的抗病性表现。结果表明,50mmol/L的K2HPO4有较好的诱导效果,诱导效果可达57.81%,并于诱导处理后第3天表现出最佳诱导抗性;K2HPO4诱导黄瓜对炭疽病的抗性具有系统性;1~100mmol/L的K2HPO4对炭疽菌菌丝生长无抑制作用,但50mmol/L以上浓度可抑制孢子萌发。

Abstract:The induced resistance to C.lagenarium was conducted through cucumber treated with K_2HPO_4.The result showed that the induced resistance in cucumber treated with 50 mmol/L K_2HPO_4 had better effect reaching 57.81%.The third day expressed the best effect after K_2HPO_4 treatment.The result also showed that K_2HPO_4 had induction of systemic resistance in cucumber against anthracnose.K_2HPO_4 had no inhibition to the mycelial growth of C.lagenarium at the concentration from 1 to 100 mmol/L,but had some degree of inhibition to the spore germination at the concentration from 50 mmol/L up.
