盐酸处理蚕卵核酸和蛋白质代谢的变化

摘    要:盐酸处理家蚕滞育性蚕卵后,蚕卵RNA和DNA的含量在处理后10小时内未测出变化;以摄入RNA的3H—尿嘧啶量表示的蚕卵RNA合成能力在处理后24小时有微弱上升。处理后40小时内,蚕卵可溶性蛋白质的含量一直稳定于92—98mg/g·卵;处理蚕卵的蛋白质SDS—PAGE图谱与对照未浸酸蚕卵相同,处理卵有一条区带的蛋白质含量比未浸酸卵显著减少,盐酸处理后5小时内,蚕卵酯酶A及酯酶A4的活性有显著地提高,而未浸酸蚕卵仍处低活性状态。说明盐酸处理在激活蚕卵的遗传情报系统大量合成新物质之前,已对蚕卵内存在的某些活性物质产生了影响。

Abstract:The contents of RNA and DNA in acid treated eggs did not change within 10h af-er hydrochloric acid treatment.The RNA synthesis(incorporated content of 3H-uri-dine)started to increase slightly since the 24th hour after acid treatment.Within 40h after acid treatment,content of soluble protein in eggs was stabilized at 92 98mg/geggs;SDS PAGE bands of egg protein of acid treated eggs and non treated eggswere identical,yet one band showed that the content of one fraction in acid treatedeggs was less than that of non treated eggs.The activity of esterase A and A4 in acid treated eggs increased remarkably within 5h after acid treatment,and that in non treated eggs was still low.It suggested that before the eggs′hereditary system was acti-vated to synthesize new substances by the acidtreatment,some active substances in theeggs had already been affected by the treatment.
