| 摘 要： | 基于食品专业培养目标,针对当前我国"食品专业英语"教学现状及存在的问题,开展项目化教学模式驱动"食品专业英语"课程改革研究。通过课程内容、教学模式和教学效果等方面开展课堂教学改革,以充分调动学生的学习热情和积极主动性,从而提高学习效果,为高校"食品专业英语"教学改革提供参考。

| Abstract: | In view of the current situation and problems of Food Specialty English teaching in China,a project-based teaching model was developed to drive the reform of Food Specialty English curriculum.In order to improve the teaching quality of the Food Specialized English course,the teaching content,teaching methods and teaching effect of the course were reformed. |
