| 摘 要： | 本试验将商品化疫苗株H120鸡传染性支气管炎病毒(IBV)直接免疫大白兔进行抗IBV全病毒粒子多克隆抗体的制备,通过琼扩试验及酶联免疫吸附试验检测其抗体效价,同时利用免疫组织化学、免疫荧光及Western blotting技术检测了所制备多抗血清的生物活性。试验结果表明,制备得到的多抗血清具有很高的抗体效价,同时能够与不同形式的IBV相关抗原发生特异性结合。
