摘    要:从辣椒根际土壤中分离出293个分离物,通过平板对峙培养,筛选出对辣椒疫霉菌有较强拮抗作用的5个芽孢菌株。室内测定其对辣椒疫霉菌的抑菌带宽达8.0-11.3mm。温室控病试验表明,芽孢菌Bn-130对辣椒疫病防治效果最好,达64.7%。无菌滤液试验表明,拮抗菌Bn-130无菌滤液在一定浓度范围内能有效地抑制菌丝生长,减少孢子萌发。

Abstract:293 isolates were obtained from rhizosphere soil of pepper. It was found that 5 potential biocontrol spore bacteria showed good antagonistic action on Phytophthora capsici by pairing culture on CAA. The inhibition zone diameter ranged from 8.0 mm to 11.3 mm. The result from the experiment at greenhouse showed that Bn - 130 isolate could effectively control the pepper blight, and the control efficiency reached 64. 7 %. The culture filtrate of Bn - 130 isolate was effective for inhibiting mycelium growth and reducing spore germination of P. capsici in certain concentration.
