摘    要:运用血清学方法研究了沈阳、河北、北京、吉林4个地区玉米穗、茎腐病镰孢菌在病原学上的相互关系。结果发现:各地区玉米穗、茎腐病串珠镰孢菌(Fusarium moniliforme)具有高度的同源性,亲缘关系近。各地区玉米穗、茎腐病禾谷镰孢菌(F.graminearum)的亲缘关系因地域不同而有差异。沈阳穗、茎腐病禾谷镰孢菌之间差异明显,存在生理分化现象;吉林玉米穗、茎腐病病原物存在较高的相似性,但也有一定的差异;而河北玉米穗、茎腐病禾谷镰孢菌具有高度的同源性。

Abstract:The relationship between the pathogens of Fusarium ear rot and stalk rot of maize in Shenyang, Hebei, Beijing and Jilin were studied using serological techniques. The results showed that the isolates of F. moniliforme from ear rot and stalk rot of the same area were significantly homological and closely related while the strains of F. graminearum isolated from ear rot and stalk rot of different areas were different. A significant physiological differentiation was present in different isolates of F. graminearum originated from ear rot and stalk rot in Shenyang. In Jilin, the isolates of F. graminearum from ear rot and stalk rot were homological, but some differences were found. Different isolates of F. graminearum from ear rot and stalk rot from Hebei were highly homological.
