| 摘 要： | 目的]研究2％高渗吡虫啉颗粒剂防治烟草蚜虫的最佳使用剂量和防治效果。方法]采用随机区组试验设计，施用2％高渗吡虫啉颗粒荆3．75、6．00、7．50kg／hm2、15％涕灭克颗粒剂15kg／hm2和空白对照（CK）共5个处理，进行效果对比试验。结果]距施药期20、27、34、41、48d蚜量调查时：处理A的防效分别为50．70％、61．20％、77．94％、85．08％、96．00％；处理B的防效分别为59．96％、75．铝％,94．34％、100．00％、100．00％；处理C的防效分别为66．60％、81．45％、98．48％、1130．00％、1130．00％；对照药剂15％涕灭克颗粒剂的防效分别为61．30％、70．34％、82．91％、66．56％、66．20％。7．5kg／hm2的防治效果在各个调查时期都高于其他处理。结论]2％高渗吡虫啉颗粒剂的持效性比15％涕灭克颗粒剂长，使用安全，可大面积推广使用。推荐2％高渗吡虫啉颗粒剂的施用量应为6．0—7．5kg／hm2。
