柑橘体细胞杂种超低温保存后的植株再生

摘    要: 对9年生印度酸橘(Citrus reticaulata)和飞龙枳(Poncirus trifoliata)的体细胞杂种的茎段进行离体培养得到再生植株,用改良的玻璃化法对再生植株茎尖进行超低温保存后获得92%的再生率。这是柑橘体细胞杂种茎尖超低温保存的首例报道。

Abstract:The allotetraploid citrus somatic hybrid is a new kind of germplasm created via protoplast fusion. We have succeeded in culturing the stems of 9 year-old tree of the somatic hybrid of Cleopatra Mandarin ( Citrus reticaulata) and Flying Dragon (Poncirus trifoliata) in vitro, later cryopreserved its shoot tips from in vitro and got regeneration rate by 92% of the cryopreserved shoot-tips. This is the first report on the cryopr-eservation of citrus somatic hybrid shoot-tips.
