摘    要:以生物基可降解塑料聚羟基丁酸戊酸酯(PHBV)、竹纤维及环氧大豆油(增塑剂)、马来酸酐(偶联剂)、氮化硼(成核剂)为原料,通过共混挤出、注塑成型工艺制得生物复合材料,分析环氧大豆油的添加量对复合材料工艺及性能的影响.研究表明,环氧大豆油的添加,可改善复合材料的加工性能,其最适宜添加量为PHBV质量的0.15倍.

Abstract:Biocomposites were made using poly(hydroxybutyrate-co-valerate)(PHBV),natural bamboo fiber,epoxidized soybean oil(ESO),a coupling agent and a nucleating agent.The effect of ESO contents on the processing and properties of the biocomposites was studied.The results showed that the processing properties of biocomposites were greatly improved with the addition of ESO;the optimum content of ESO was 0.15 times the quatity of PHBV.
