优质冬性糯小麦转育研究

糯小麦是一种新型小麦,含支链淀粉(含量≥99%),因此在食品工业和非食品工业中有着巨大的应用价值。自20世纪90年代以来,糯小麦研究已成为国际热点,近年来也得到我国育种家的重视,现已有少数糯小麦品种问世,但其冬性均较弱,不适宜北方冬麦区种植。研究利用现有糯麦种质与目前广泛种植的优质冬性小麦品种杂交,选育出适宜北方冬麦区种植的优质、高产、多抗的糯性冬小麦新品系。

Study on Waxy Wheat in Winter

Waxy wheat is a kind of new wheat.It cotains less than 1% amylase and thus has great potentiality in both food and non-food industries.The research on waxy wheat has become the hotpot in the world since the early 1990s.It has been begun in China in recently years.Now,there appear some waxy wheat lines,but they are weaker in winter and not fit to be planted in the North.Our study is to breed the new fine quality,high yield and multiple-resistance waxy wheat suitable to be planted in northern China in winter.
