多层鸡笼全自动收蛋装置设计与试验

摘    要:针对养鸡场鸡蛋拾取强度大、效率低、破损率高和成本高等问题,结合目前我国相关装置的全自动化和机械化程度相对较低的现状,设计研发了一种针对多层式鸡笼的全自动收蛋装置,可实现多层式鸡笼鸡蛋采集、转移和装盒的全自动化。阐述了自动收蛋机的设计思路、整体结构和各部分的工作原理,对蛋槽输出门装置和阶梯式鸡蛋降落装置等关键结构进行试验;利用UG软件建模分析自动收蛋机整体结构尺寸的合理性;通过制作样机进行多指标正交试验。试验结果确定该机关键装置最佳设计参数为小车车速9 cm/s、升降门间距15 cm、阶梯式降落装置水平夹角60°。在最佳设计参数下,多层鸡笼的全自动收蛋一体化装置的收蛋效率2 250个/h,鸡蛋无破损率99.7%,相较于人工拾取鸡蛋效率提高50%。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of high egg picking strength, low efficiency, high breakage rate and high cost in my country, combined with the current status of the relative low degree of automation and mechanization of related devices in China, a fully automatic egg collection for multi-layer chicken cages is designed and developed. The device can realize the full automation of egg collection, transfer and cartoning of multi-layer chicken cages. This paper expounds the design idea, overall structure and working principle of each part of the automatic egg collector, and tests the key structures such as the egg trough output door device and the stepped egg drop device. The overall structure of the automatic egg collector is analyzed by UG software modeling. The rationality of the size; the multi-index orthogonal test is carried out by making a prototype. The experimental results determined that the optimal design parameters of the key devices of the machine are: the speed of the trolley is 9cm·s-1, the distance between the lift gates is 15cm, and the horizontal angle of the stepped landing device is 60°. Under the optimal design parameters, the egg collection efficiency of the fully automatic egg collection integrated device of the multi-layer chicken cage is 2250 eggs per hour, and the egg non-breakage rate is 99.7%, which is 50% higher than that of manual egg collection.
