| 摘 要： | 为研究各种形式的风险对森林的健康状况造成的威胁,该文采用GIS技术结合风险分析方法和风险管理技术对中国林业健康中存在的主要风险源进行了识别和管理研究,分析了如何有效地利用GIS对森林健康不同分类的风险源进行管理、规避,提高林业健康生态系统抵御风险的能力.为林业风险评价和风险管理信息系统的建设和发展提供参考和技术依据,并提出建立森林健康应急反应联动系统等建议.

| Abstract: | To study the diversiform potential risks that menace forest health,this paper adopts GIS technologies combined with risk identify and risk management method to research the main risks in forest health.How to manage and obviate risks with GIS technology assistance,and to increase ability for forest health against risks are analyzed.This could be the reference for construction and development of forest health system and for the establishment of a forest exigence coaction system. |
