单播与混播下的杂花苜蓿与无芒雀麦光合生理生态特征分析

摘    要:对无芒雀麦Bromus innermis和甘农1号杂花苜蓿Medicago varia cv.Gannong NO.1叶片光合生理生态特性进行了初步分析.结果表明,杂花苜蓿初花期、无芒雀麦抽穗期光合速率、蒸腾速率和水分利用效率较高.混播无芒雀麦的光合速率、水分利用效率大于单播,但在光合"午降"期间差异不明显.牧草生育时期、环境因子(温度、湿度和土壤水分)对杂花苜蓿和无芒雀麦的光合速率有明显影响,植物个体的生理生态特性与群落稳定性的维持有密切关系.研究单播与混播下的杂花苜蓿与无芒雀麦群落光合生理生态特性,对于维持混播草地群落的稳定性,探寻种间竞争机理,科学地经营与管理草地具有十分重要的理论与现实意义.

Abstract:The physiological characteristics of leaf photosynthesis of smooth bromegrass(Bromus innermis) and lucerne(Medicago varia cv.Gannong NO.1) in mixed and single pasture were studied.The results showed that the daily change patterns of net photosynthetic rate(Pn) of lucerne and smooth bromegrass were different in the different growth times.The daily change patterns of net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate during the lucerne's first blooming stages,smooth bromegrass's heading stages,could be expressed as two humped curve,and had midday depression of photosynthesis.But the daily change patterns of net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate during the lucerne's podding stage and smooth bromegrass's fruting stage could be expressed as one humped curve.The net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and water use efficiency were highest when lucerne was first blooming and smooth bromegrass heading.
