污灌区土壤重金属对土壤微生物影响的研究

摘    要:采集河北省北运河污灌区土壤用于研究重金属进入土壤后对土壤中微生物量的影响,并与非污染土壤的相应背景值进行了对比。对污灌区不同时期10、20、30cm土层土壤细菌的总数和放线菌研究表明,土壤中微生物量与土壤重金属含量有协同效应。

Abstract:We found that pollution of heavy metals could affect microorganism quantity in soils irrigated by wastewater.To reveal relationship between microbial organisms and heavy metals in soils that had been irrigated with wastewater,a survey was conducted by measurement of microbe number using plate number method.We measured the amounts of microorganisms in different layers at depth of 10 cm,20 cm,30 cm,respectively,during different periods in a study.The results showed that microorganism quantity in the soils increased with heavy metals quantity in the soils at lower contents.However,as the contents of heavy metals increased at certain degree,the microbial biomass decreased.
