潼关河段冲淤对渭河下游冲淤变化的影响

摘    要:
三门峡水库控制运用以来,潼关高程持续抬升,渭河下游仍在淤积发展,究竟是潼关高程抬升引起渭河下游淤积发展,还是渭河下游淤积发展造成潼关高程的缓慢上升,一直是三门峡问题的焦点。在实测资料的基础上,对渭河下游与潼关断面两者间水位变化和河段冲淤变化的相关性分析发现,渭河下游与潼关河段水力泥沙要素具有良好的相关性及一致性。潼关河段(或潼关断面)若发生冲淤,通常会引起华阴以下河段发生沿程冲淤,并随之引起华阴以上河段发生较大范围的溯源冲淤;此外,潼关高程与渭河下游泥沙累计淤积量及河床比降减缓密切相关。

Abstract:
Based on analysis of the inherent relationship between the changes of erosion and deposit in Tongguan reaches and in lower reaches of Weihe river,the author pointed out that the changes of erosion and deposit downstream of Weihe river is in good agreement with the changes of erosion and deposit at Tongguan reaches.Generally there will be progressive erosion in the lower Weihe River downstream of Huayin station,and a more extensive retrogressive erosion upstream of Huayin station will follow when there are changes of erosion and deposit in Tongguan reaches;moreover,there is a good relationship between the accumulative deposit amount in lower Weihe River and Tongguan riverbed elevation,and the relationship between Tongguan riverbed elevation and riverbed slope at normal water level from Lintong to Huaxian is the same.So the changes of erosion and deposit in Tongguan reaches is the inducement and inherent cause of retrogressive deposition in the lower reaches of Weihe River.
