摘    要:目的]从免疫基因中挖掘调控羊毛性状的候选主效基因。方法]利用芯片技术,检测敖汉细毛羊体侧部与腹股沟部皮肤免疫基因的差异表达。结果]差异倍数在2.0以上的免疫基因共46个,并对其中6个基因进行了实时定量PCR验证,其结果表明芯片数据和实时定量PCR验证结果相符率达66.67%,说明芯片数据是可靠的。结论]免疫赦免机制可能参与羊毛的生长调控。

Study on the Differential Expression of Immune Genes between Body Side Skin and Groin Skin of Aohan Fine Wool Sheep

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to find out candidate major genes for regulating the wool traits from immune genes.Method] Using microarray technology,the differential expression of immune genes between body side skin and groin skin of Aohan fine wool sheep was detected.Result] 46 immune genes(difference multiple)>2.0) were identified and classified.And 6 of them were validated by real-time quantitative PCR.The results showed that the consistency between microarray data and real-time quantitative PCR results was 66.67%,which indicated that the microarray data was reliable.Conclusion] The mechanism might be involved in the growth regulation of wool.
