| 摘 要： | 目的]鉴定引起广西按树梢枯病的病原菌.方法]对近年发生在广西河池、南宁、崇左、百色、梧州等地的桉树梢枯病进行了采样调查、病原菌分离、致病性测定及种类鉴定.结果]可可毛色二孢Lasiodiplodia theobromae(Pat) Griffon&Maubl]、新壳梭孢Neofusicoccum parvum(Pennycook&Samuels) Crous,Slippers&A.J.L Phillips]和拟隐孢壳菌(Cryptospotiopsis sp.Bub.et Kabat)均可导致桉树梢枯病的发生.结论]为桉树梢枯病的有效防治提供了依据.

| Abstract: | Objective] The aim was to identify the pathogens caused Eucalyptus spp.die-back disease from Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.Method] After pathogen caused Eucalyptus spp.die-back disease in Hechi,Nanning,Chongzuo,Baise and Wuzhou in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region was collected and isolated,pathogenicity test and species identification were performed.Result] Lasiodiplodia theobromae,Neofusicoccum parvum and Cryptospotiopsis sp.were responsible for the disease.Conclusion] The research provides reference for the effective control of Eucalyptus spp.die-back disease. |
