摘    要:
[目的]建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)同时测定中药三七中5种重金属(铜、砷、镉、汞、铅)含量的方法。[方法]三七样品微波消解后经ICP-MS测定重金属元素含量。[结果]5种元素在各自线性范围内线性系数r0.999 5,加标回收率为92.5%~96.6%,6次重复性试验的相对标准偏差RSD≤4.38%。[结论]该研究建立的方法前处理简便、快速,检测准确,灵敏度高。

Abstract:
[Objective] A simultaneous determination method of 5 heavy metals,including Cu,As,Cd,Pb and Hg,in Panax notoginseng by ICP-MS combined with microwave digestion was established.[Method]Sample was digested by microwave and then analyzed by ICP-MS for determination of 5 heavy metals.[Result] The correlative coefficients of calibration curves for 5 analytes were all above 0.999 5.The recoveries were in the range of 92.5%-96.6%,and RSDs were not more than 4.38%.[Conclusion]The method is convenient,quick,accurate and highly sensitive for the determination of 5 heavy metals in Panax notoginseng.
