摘    要:目的]建立反相高效液相色谱法测定野花椒中木兰花碱的含量。方法]RP-HPLC法测定野花椒中木兰花碱含量的色谱条件:Phenomenex RP-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250.0 mm,5.0μm),乙腈-0.2%磷酸和0.2%三乙胺缓冲液(15∶85)为流动相,流速1.0 ml/min,柱温30℃,检测波长268 nm。结果]木兰花碱在0.307 2~1.843 2μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率(n=6)为101.22%。结论]该方法操作简便,结果准确,重现性好,适用于野花椒的质量评价。

Determination of Magnoflorine in Zanthoxylum simullans Hance by RP-HPLC

Abstract:Objective] To establish an RP-HPLC for determination of magnoflorine in Zanthoxylum simullans Hance.Methods] The chromatographic conditions: Phenomenex RP-C18 Column(4.6 mm×250.0 mm,5.0 μm),acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid and 0.2% triethylamine(15∶ 85) as mobile phase,flow rate was 1.0 ml/mim,column temperature was 30 ℃,detection wavelength was 268 nm.Results] The linear ranges of magnoflorine was 0.307 2-1.843 2 μg;The average recoveries(n=6) for the sample preparation of the markers was 101.22%.Conclusion] The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the quality assessment of Z.simullans.
