生长素对丰花月季硬枝扦插生根的影响

[目的]研究不同浓度IAA、2,4-D、NAA及其组合对丰花月季(Rosa hybrida)硬枝扦插生根的影响。[方法]生长素均设置4个浓度梯度(30、60、90、120 mg/L),共24个处理,以清水处理为对照,插穗浸泡时间15 min。[结果]NAA、IAA、2,4-D对丰花月季根系的发育都有显著的促进作用,具体表现为根系的数量、根系的长度、根系生长量及成活率都有明显的增加,3种生长素组合中,浓度90 mg/L时对根系的促进效果最显著。3种生长素分别组合的处理对丰花月季成活率的影响优于单一生长素处理。[结论]该研究可为快速繁殖优质的丰花月季壮苗,以降低成本提供科学依据。

Effects of Auxin on Rooting of Hard Branch Cutting Floribunda Roses(Rosa hybrida)

[Objective] The purpose was to study the effects of various concentrations and combinations of IAA,2,4-D and NAA on rooting of cutting floribunda roses were studied.[Method] 24 treatments were designed taking water as control and each auxin’ concentration was 30,60,90,120 mg/L resp.Shoot for cutting immersed 15 min.[Result] The results show that NAA,IAA,2,4-D had significant role in promoting growth of floribunda roses root.The number of root system,root length,root growth and survival rate obviously increased.In combinations of three auxins,90 mg/L of concentration had very significant role in promoting root growth.The survival rate of three auxin combinations was better than that of a single auxin treatment.[Conclusion] The study provides a scientific basis for rapidly reproducing floribunda roses with good quality to decrease cost.
