摘    要:目的]为珍珠鸡的科学饲养提供理论依据。方法]选用1日龄初生重相近的珍珠鸡180只随机分为散养、地面平养和立体笼养3组,研究不同饲养方式对珍珠鸡生长、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响。结果]与散养相比,地面平养和立体笼养可提高珍珠鸡生长性能,但效果不显著。散养珍珠鸡腹脂率较其他2组显著降低,而胸肌肉色显著高于其他2组,腿肌灰分含量显著低于其他2组。结论]各种饲养方式各有利弊,生产中应根据实际情况和市场需求选择适宜的饲养方式。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to provide theoretical basis for the scientific cultivation of guinea fowl.Method] 180 1-day-old guinea fowl with similar weight were selected and divided into 3 groups:scattered-fed group,floor rearing group and captivity rearing group.The effects of different feeding methods on the growth,slaughter performance and meat quality of guinea fowl were studied.Result] Compared with scattered-fed group,the growth performance of guinea fowl in floor rearing group and captivity rearing group could be enhanced,but the effects were not significant.The percentage of abdominal fat in guinea fowl in scattered-fed group was significantly lower than that in other two groups,fleshcolor of breast muscle was significantly higher than that in other two groups and ash content in leg muscle and ash content in leg muscle was significantly lower than that in other two groups.Conclusion] Different feeding methods had their advantages and disadvantages,so suitable feeding method should be selected in the production according to the actual situations and market demands.
