| 摘 要： | 在分析广西农业科技创新成果及农业知识产权保护环境现状的基础上,对广西农业知识产权保护环境不理想的原因进行了深入研究,在此基础上提出了完善广西农业知识产权保护环境的措施,即加大农业知识产权保护的宣传力度,完善农业知识产权转化、交易机制,制定操作性强的激励机制,健全管理和监管双机制。

| Abstract: | Based on analyzing agricultural science and technology innovation achievements in Guangxi Province and intellectual property protection environment status,causes for unideal environment protection were deeply studied.On the basis of this,several countermeasures for the improvement were put forward,namely enhancing publicity on agricultural intellectual property protection,improving intellectual property transformation,exchange mechanism,making incentive mechanism with high measurement efficiency,perfecting management and monitoring mechanism. |
