| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查和现场走访等方法分析了新型合作医疗目前在安徽省发展的现状,研究了安徽省新型合作医疗存在的主要问题,如门诊统筹风险控制机制尚未建立、参合农民药费负担重、医疗资源配置不合理、基金监管不到位等,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | The development status of new rural cooperative medical care in Anhui Province was analyzed by using questionnaire investigation method.Main problems were discussed,such as heavy-load medicine fee,irrationality of medical resource allocation,inadequate fund monitoring,et al.On the basis of this,several corresponding countermeasures were put forward. |
