摘 要: | 目的]建立草龙药材的质量控制方法。方法]采用薄层色谱法对草龙进行定性鉴别,并采用HPLC法测定草龙药材中有效成分没食子酸的含量。色谱柱为HypersilC18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-浓度0.05%磷酸(5∶95,V/V),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为270 nm。结果]草龙药材中没食子酸的薄层色谱鉴别特征明显,专属性强;在0.40~2.40μg/ml范围内,没食子酸浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(R=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.36%,RSD为2.28%(n=6)。结论]建立的草龙药材定性定量测定方法简单准确,可为草龙药材的质量控制提供科学依据。

Abstract: | Objective] To establish a quality control method of Ludwigia hyssopifolia.Method] TLC was adopted to identify and HPLC was adopted to determine effective contents of gallic acid of Ludwigia hyssopifolia,with HypersilC18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column as analytic column and a mobile phase consisted of acetonitrle-0.05% phosphoric acid(5∶95,V/V) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength at 270 nm.Result] The gallic acid of Ludwigia hyssopifolia was characterized by TLC,and was highly specific.The liner of quercetin was 0.40-2.40 μg(R=0.999 9).The average recovery was 98.36%,with RSD=2.28%(n=6).Conclusion] The method is fast and accurate,and can be used for the quality control study of Ludwigia hyssopifolia. |
