绒白乳菇菌丝体多糖成分及抑菌活性分析

摘    要:以热水法提取绒白乳菇菌丝体多糖,其粗多糖中多糖质量分数为3.92%,还原糖质量分数为1.11%;纯化后,多糖质量分数为84.12%,纯度提高了约21倍,还原糖质量分数为1.59%。初步判断绒白乳菇菌丝体多糖中含有葡萄糖、甘露糖、果糖。绒白乳菇菌丝体多糖液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌有一定抑制作用;对啤酒酵母、白色念球菌有微弱抑制作用;对绿色木霉、黑根霉、黑曲霉、杨树烂皮病菌、杨树叶枯病菌均无抑制作用;对细菌抑制能力强于真菌。

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to extract polysaccharides from mycelium of Lactarius vellereus by the boiling water method. The contents of polysaccharides and reducing sugar were 3.92%, 1.11% in the crude extract, and 84.12%, 1.59% after purification, respectively. It was determined that polysaccharides from mycelium of L. vellereus include glucose, mannose and fructose. The polysaccharides liquid has a specific inhibiting effect on Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis, a weak inhibiting effect on Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Tritirachium album, and non-inhibiting effect on Trichoderma viride, Rhizopus nigricans, Aspergillus niger, Cytospora chrysosperma and Alternaria alternate. The inhibiting effect is higher on bacteria than on fungi.
