| 摘 要： | 关于纤维素酶活力测定方法很多,至今也没有统一。国内许多单位根据各自的实验目的采用了不同的测定方法,并据各自的经验对其做了部分修改,使得测定方法更加多样化。综述了纤维素酶活力的测定方法及其存在的问题,旨为不同目的纤维素酶活力测定方法的选择提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | There were many determination methods of cellulas activity,which were no unified now.Different determination methods were used based on different experiment purposes in many institutions in China,and some of them were modified according to experience.The determination methods of cellulose activity and problems were summarized,which would provide references for the selection of methods based on different experiment purposes. |
