摘    要:[目的]为脱毒甘薯的高产栽培提供依据。[方法]采用二次回归通用旋转组合设计方法,研究氮、磷、钾肥和密度4因素及其互作对脱毒甘薯豫薯7号产量的影响。[结果]4因素与甘薯产量存在显著的回归关系,对脱毒甘薯产量的影响效应依次为钾肥>氮肥>密度>磷肥。氮、钾互作对甘薯产量的影响效应最大,其次为氮、密度互作,氮、磷互作的影响效应较小。随着产量的提高,脱毒甘薯对钾的需求增加。在该试验条件下,豫薯7号的最高产量为53.0 t/hm2。[结论]脱毒甘薯产量在45.0 t/hm2以上时的农艺措施为:施N 63.42~74.73 kg/hm2,施P2O567.76~82.24 kg/hm2,施K2O 106.70~127.71 kg/hm2,密度4.6万~5.3万株/hm2。

Abstract:[Objective] The study aimed to provide basis for the high-yield cultivation of virus-free sweet potato.[Method] The universal rotational combinational design with quadratic regression was used to study the influences of 4 factors such as N,P and K fertilizers and density and their interactions on the yield of virus-free sweet potato Yushu 7.[Result] The 4 factors had significant regression relation with the yield of sweet potato,their influential effects on the yield of virus-free sweet potato in order were K fertilizer > N fertilizer > density > P fertilizer.The influential effect of interaction between N and K fertilizers on the yield of sweet potato was biggest,that between N fertilizer and density was secondary and that between N and P fertilizers was smaller.As the yield increased,the demand of virus-free sweet potato for K increased.Under the experimental condition,the highest yield of Yushu 7 was 53.0 t/hm2.[Conclusion] When the yield of virus-free sweet potato was over 45.0 t/hm2,the agronomic measures were as follows: fertilizing N at 63.42~74.73 kg/hm2,P2O5 at 67.76~82.24 kg/hm2 and K2O at 106.70~127.71 kg/hm2 and setting density at 4.6×104~5.3×104 plants/hm2.
