光照时间对鹅血浆免疫功能和抗氧化性能的影响

摘    要:为了研究光照时间对鹅免疫功能和抗氧化性能的影响,试验随机选取32周龄体型大小相似、体况良好的浙东白鹅母鹅分成3组,长光照组、短光照组和自然光照组(对照组)。40周龄时取血浆检测免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgY和IgM)、补体(C3和C4)、细胞因子(IL-1β、IL-2、IL-6、IL-10、IFN-γ和TNF-α)和抗氧化指标(T-AOC、GSH-Px、SOD、MDA)的含量。结果显示:三个试验组的血浆IgA、IgY、IgM、C3和C4并无显著差异(P>0.05);长光照组的IL-1β、IL-2、IL-6和IFN-γ显著低于自然光照组(P<0.05)和短光照组(P<0.01),IL-10则显著增高(P<0.01),同时TNF-α显著低于短光照组(P<0.01);短光照组IFN-γ显著高于自然光照组(P<0.05),而IL-10则显著低于短光照组(P<0.01)。短光照组的T-AOC和SOD活性显著高于长光照组(P<0.05),而长光照组的MDA含量显著高于自然光照组和短光照组(P<0.05)。研究结果表明,光照时间影响浙东白鹅免疫功能和抗氧化性能,短光照促进血浆细胞因子水平,提高机体免疫能力和抗氧化能力,有利于母鹅机体健康。

Abstract:The aim of this study was to explore the effect of photoperiod on immune indicators and antioxidant indexes in goose.Twenty-four 32-week-old healthy eastern Zhejiang white geese were randomly selected and divided into three groups:long photoperiod,short photoperiod and natural photoperiod(control group).Plasma was collected at 40 weeks of age to detect the levels of immunoglobulin(IgA,IgY and IgM),complement(C3 and C4),cytokines(IL-1β,IL-2,IL-6,IL-10,IFN-γand TNF-α)and antioxidant indexes(T-AOC,GSHPx,SOD,MDA).The results showed that there was no significant difference in plasma IgA,IgY,IgM,C3 and C4 among the three groups(P>0.05).The levels of IL-1β,IL-2,IL-6 and IFN-γin the long photoperiod group were significantly lower than those in the natural photoperiod(P<0.05)and short photoperiod(P<0.01),whereas IL-10 was significantly higher than the two groups(P<0.01).In addition,the levels of TNF-αin the long photoperiod were significantly lower than those in the short photoperiod(P<0.01).Compared with the natural photoperiod group,the levels of IFN-γin the short photoperiod group was significantly higher(P<0.05),while the levels of IL-10 was significantly lower(P<0.01).The levels of T-AOC and SOD in short photoperid group was significantly higher than the long photoperid group(P<0.05),while the levels of MDA in the long photoperid group was significantly higher than the other two groups(P<0.05).These results showed that photoperiod affected the immune system and oxidation resistance of eastern Zhejiang white geese.Short photoperiod significantly increases plasma levels of cytokines and antioxidant potential,which promotes immunity and may thus benefit the health of geese.
