摘    要:贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus velezensis)通过产生植物激素促进植物生长,并产生大量的次级代谢产物来竞争性的抑制植物病原微生物作为生防菌剂得到越来越广泛的研究和应用,近年来在农业和生物技术等方面具有重要的应用价值。该文系统收集了最新的相关文献,对B. velezensis的分类、次级代谢产物以及主要应用进行了综述,以期为今后该菌株的研究和应用提供新思路。

Abstract:B. velezensis has been investigated and applied more and more widely because it can enhance plant growth by producing plant hormone and generate secondary metabolites that suppress proliferation of pathogenic microbes, and become a potential biocontrol agent recently in agriculture and biotechnology. In order to provide more clear and comprehensive understanding of B. velezensis for researchers, we collected the recent relevant articles systematically and reviewed the taxonomy, secondary metabolites, and main application of B. velezensis. This article will provide innovative ideas to the research and application of this strain for future.
