| 摘 要： | 色氨酸是动物的必需氨基酸之一,作为一种功能性氨基酸,色氨酸及其代谢产物对动物的生长性能、氧化应激以及免疫等方面均有调节作用。该文简要介绍了色氨酸的结构性质,并阐述了色氨酸的代谢途径及生理功能,还对色氨酸在动物生产中的应用进行了综述,希望为更好的开发利用色氨酸提供参考。

| Abstract: | Tryptophan is one of the essential amino acids for animals.As a functional amino acid,tryptophan and its metabolites have regulatory effects on growth performance,oxidative stress,immunity and other aspects of animals.In order to provide reference for better development and utilization of tryptophan,this paper briefly introduced the structure and properties of tryptophan and described the metabolic pathway and physiological functions of tryptophan,besides,the application of tryptophan in animal production was reviewed. |
