我国主要树种遗传育种专利分析

摘    要:利用欧洲专利局数据库和中国国家知识产权局专利数据库为数据源,对我国林业行业开展联合攻关的23个研究树种在全球和中国的专利申请情况进行了检索,共检出402个专利。在全面分析的基础上,找出我国林木遗传育种存在的问题,分析了其产生的原因,并结合我国林业实际和未来发展目标,提出今后林木遗传改良技术发展和知识产权保护的具体对策。

Abstract:The patent on 23 trees species which are the emphasis of the allied study in forestry sector of China were searched at home and abroad with both the European Patent Office Database and the Chinese Patent Database as the original data source.The results showed that 402 patents were found.Based on comprehensive analysis of the patents application in terms of forest genetic improvement at home and abroad,the paper pinned down the existing problems and analyzed their causes.Specific strategies for forest genetic improvement and intellectual protection in the future were proposed in view of forestry practices and future development goals in China.
