| 摘 要： | 对雨水资源化的基本内涵进行了较为深入的探讨,认为其内涵在于它强调把雨水作为一种资源加以评价与利用,即通过规划和设计,采取相应的工程措施,将雨水转为可利用水源。此外,从时间、空间、利用目的和供水目的上对狭义的雨水利用进行了分类,阐述了雨水资源化及其开发利用的意义,并对我国雨水利用分区进行了详细论述。
