环磷酰胺对雄鼠生长性能、外周血生化指标及脏器的影响

摘    要:为研究环磷酰胺对Sprague-Dawley(SD)雄鼠生长性能、血液生化指标及脏器的影响,将试验大鼠随机分为4组,各组大鼠连续腹腔注射相应浓度的环磷酰胺7 d,处死后称取心脏、肝脏、脾脏、胸腺、肺脏、肾脏、睾丸、附睾及脑等主要脏器湿重,并计算脏器系数,常规方法测定大鼠外周血血液指标、生化指标及电解质指标等。结果显示,随着环磷酰胺剂量的升高体重明显降低;环磷酰胺给药组动物胸腺及脾脏指数明显低于对照组,且呈现剂量依赖性;随着环磷酰胺剂量的升高PLT、RBC及Hb显著降低。结果表明,随着环磷酰胺剂量的升高,动物机体免疫机能逐步下降。

Abstract:The objective was to study the effects of cyclophosphamid on growth , peripheral blood biochemistry index and organ coefficient of SD rats. The rats were randomly divided into four groups, each was administered with corresponding concentration of cyclophosphamid by intraperitoneal injection for 7 days.The wet weights of heart ,liver,spleen ,lung ,kidney, thymus, testis, epididymis and brain of the rats were weighed after they were killed,and organ coefficients were calculated. Routine blood parameters, biochemical indices and electrolyte indicators of rat peripheral blood were measured. As a result,with the dose of cyclophosphamide increasing, body weight were significantly reduced; thymus and spleen index of cyclophosphamide treatment group was significantly lower than the control group with a dose-dependent manner; with the dose of cyclophosphamide increasing, the concentrations of PLT, RBC and Hb were significantly reduced. The results showed that with the increasing doses of cyclophosphamide, the immune function of animals showing gradual decline.
