杜仲育苗试验结果分析

采用切根及喷云大-120 对杜仲苗木生长的效果进行了试验, 结果表明: 切根和喷云大- 120 处理对杜仲苗木的生长作用一般不显著, 在苗高、地径、冠幅等10 个性状中, 切根喷云大- 120 对苗高和主根发育负作用明显, 切根、喷云大-120 及其交互作用对根鲜重负作用明显, 故在杜仲育苗过程中不宜采用切根和喷云大-120 处理。

Results Analysis on the Experiment of Eucommia ulmoides Cultivation

The experiment of effects on the seedling growth of Eucommia ulmoides by treatments of cutting roots and spraying BR-120 was done. The results indicate that cuting roots and spraying BR-120 have no obvious effect to the growth of the seedlings. In the 10 detected characters, such as seedling height,ground diameter,canopy etc. cutting roots and spraying BR-120 have obvious negative effect to the growth of seedlings and development of main root. Cutting roots, spraying BR-120 and doing them alternatively affect negatively to fresh weight growth of roots. So, it is unsuitable taking the ways of root cutting and BR-120 spraying in the cultivation of Eucommia ulmoides.
