| 摘 要： | 邓恩桉是优良的耐寒树种。本文论述了我国邓恩桉组织培养研究概况，从外植体的选取与消毒、培养基的选择、培养条件和瓶苗的移栽等方面分别进行阐述，同时针对邓恩桉组织培养过程中存在的问题提出了意见和建议，为今后邓恩桉工厂化育苗提供参考。 |

| Abstract: | Eucalyptus dunnii is a superior cold-tolerant eucalypt plantation species. In this paper the tissue culture research situation of E. dunnii in China were discussed and reviewed, covering selection of explants and disinfection, culture media, culture conditions and transplanting of plantlets. Furthermore, some questions existing in the course of tissue culture E. dunnii were identified and discussed, providing references for future commercial production of tissue culture E. dunnii seedlings. |
