线状工程建设项目的水土保持监测—以西气东输项目为例

以西气东输项目为例,在分析项目区及不同工程部位水土流失特点的基础上,以水土保持措施布局分区为依据,对大型跨区域线形建设项目水土保持监测类型区进行了划分.采用监测类型区与监测工程区正交布点的方式确定监测点位,具有较强的代表性.监测时段分为施工前期、施工建设期和运营初期,给出了各时段的确定方法.分时段提出了不同工程类型区的监测内容和监测方法.

On Soil and Water Conservation Monitoring of Linear Stretched Civil Engineering--In Case of West-East Gas Pipeline Project

Taking the West-East Gas Pipeline Project as example,by analyzing the characteristic of soil and water losses in project area and it’s different positions,and according to the layout of soil and water conservation measures,it is dealt with the division of soil and water conservation monitoring type-districts of the civil project,which was large-sized by crossing many regions in a linear shape.Meanwhile,a normal way has been used to layout the every monitoring points between the monitoring type-districts and the project area with a high representation.Monitoring period could be divided into preparing stage,construction stage and early stage of running,and a determing method of stages was derived.Finally,the content of monitoring,the method of monitoring in different stages and at different project type-districts was point out.
