摘    要:
本文研究了PVA+ATP混合浸种处理对小麦幼苗抗寒性的影响。结果表明这一处理能明显增强小麦幼苗抗寒性,其生理生化基础表现为呼吸减弱,束缚水/自由水比值增大,可溶性糖、蛋白质等保护物质积累较多,SOD、过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶等保护酶系统活性提高,自由基清除能力增强,膜脂过氧化水平降低。

Abstract:
In this paper, the effect of mixture of PVA with ATP on cold-resistance of wheat seedlings was studied.Showed that treatment with PVA and ATP could increase cold-resistancd of wheat seedlings,respiration and bound water/free watre ratio were increased,and soluble sugar and protein were accumulated,and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD),catalase (CAT) and peroxidase (POD) were increased while membrane lipid peroxidation was decreased.
