Effects of IBA on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth |

| Abstract: | The effects of IBA （ 10^-2 10^-4 10^-6 10^-8 10^-10 mg/L） on seed germination rate, seedling shoot length, seedling main root length, lateral root number, root activity and chlorophyll contents of Salvia spleredens were studied. Promoting the germination rate and seedling growth provided theory reference for planting Salvia spleredens. The results showed that IBA of 10-6 mg/L increased seed germination rate, lateral root number, chlorophyll contents and root activity. |
