摘    要:目的]通过小区控制刈割试验,研究及了解不同刈割强度对伊犁绢蒿根系贮存性营养物质及渗透调节物质的影响.方法]分别用蒽酮比色法、茚三酮比色法、考马斯亮蓝法测定伊犁绢蒿根系可溶性糖、淀粉、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白含量.结果](1)伊犁绢蒿根系随季节变化,可溶性糖呈"双峰曲线"变化,淀粉呈倒"S"变化,游离脯氨酸呈不规则"单峰曲线"变化,可溶性蛋白呈"微波浪曲线"变化,且各种处理出现的峰值时间相同;(2)伊犁绢蒿根系可溶性糖和淀粉变化趋势相反,在营养物质积累前(9月15日以前)呈互补状态,但淀粉含量比可溶性糖含量高;(3)伊犁绢蒿根系对贮存营养物质和渗透调节物质的响应均存在滞后性,相比而言,可溶性蛋白的滞后时间最短;(4)刈割强度在各处理问均有显著性影响(P<0.05),有些差异达极显著(P<0.01).结论]刈割强度对伊犁绢蒿根系的生理抗性有很大影响.

Abstract:【Objective】An experiment was carried out to research the response of mowing intensity of roots in Seriphidum transiliense,which is mainly contained in nutrition storage substance and osmosis regulating substance.【Method】The experiment uses anthrone colorimetry,ninhydrin colorimetry,coomassie brilliant blue colorimetry respectively to determinate water soluble sugar,starch,praline soluble protein.【Result】(1)The water soluble sugar in the roots of S.transiliense had the seasonal dynamic changes,that is "double-peak curve" dynamic changes,the starch has a "inverted S" dynamic changes,the free praline has a irregular "single-peak curve" dynamic changes,the soluble protein has a "microwave curve" dynamic changes,and the peak of occurring at the same time in all treatments;(2)The change trend of the water soluble sugar and starch is opposite in the roots of S.transiliense.Before the nutrition substance accumulats(15 September) it presents a complementary state,but starch content is higher than water soluble sugar.(3)The response of nutrition substance and osmosis regulating substance all have hysteretic property,and compared with that the soluble protein,it has a shorter hysteretic property.(4)The indexes in different mowing intensity have a significant difference(P<0.05),and some have extremely significant differences(P<0.01).【Conclusion】Mowing intensity has a significant effect on physiological fastness of the roots of Seriphidum transiliense.
