小黑麦抗旱相关性状的灰色关联度分析

摘    要:【目的】准确、全面评价小黑麦品种抗旱性,为选择抗旱小黑麦鉴定与评价提供依据。【方法】运用灰色系统理论关联度分析的方法,对20个小黑麦品种(系)的7个农艺性状:株高、穗长、小穗数、穗粒数、千粒重、产量、生育期和2个生理性状:叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量、叶片脯氨酸含量进行了灰色关联度分析。【结果】参试品种(系)H26、H03-70、5草鉴12的抗旱性与参考品种最为接近。【结论】H26、H03-70、5草鉴12抗旱性优于对照品种小黑麦3号,抗旱性表现较好。

Abstract:【Objective】 It is important to accurately and comprehensively identify drought resistance of Triticale for providing basis for choosing and breeding Triticale seeds that can resist drought.【Method】This study,by applying gray correlation degree analysis,analyzed correlativity between seven agronomy characters and two physiological characters of 20 forage Triticale varieties(lines).【Result】The result showed that the drought resistance of the participant varieties: H26,H03-7 and 05 Caojian 12 was very close to that of the reference varieties.【Conclusion】The drought resistance of three varieties(lines) is stronger than that of the check/control variety: Triticale No.3.
