摘    要:目的]对153份陆地棉种质资源的主要农艺性状进行综合评价,揭示各种质材料的特征特性和种质资源群间的遗传关系,为选育优质棉花品种提供亲本来源.方法]调查各个材料的9项产量性状指标,5项品质性状指标和12个表型性状,应用专业统计软件(SPSS13.0和DPS软件包)对数据进行分析和整理.结果]153份材料的各项产量性状变异程度较大,纤维品质性状的变异系数较小;相关性分析表明,纤维长度与比强度存在显著的正相关,与细度存在显著的负相关,纤维比强度与伸长率存在显著的正相关,与细度存在显著的负相关;聚类分析结果153份材料可分为两大类、三小类;筛选出33份特异种质材料.结论]该批种质材料能为各类棉花育种和遗传研究提供较为丰富的亲本材料.

Abstract:【Objective】To conduct comprehensive evaluation on the main agronomic traits for 153 land cotton germplasm resources to reveal characteristics and genetic relationship among cotton germplasm resources and provide parents for cotton breeding.【Method】Investigation of the nine yield traits,five quality traits and twelve phenotypic traits of various materials were conducted.Data analysis and organizing applied SPSS13.0 and DPS. 【Result】The variation coefficient is big for yield traits,and small for quality traits.Correlation analysis indicates that significant positive correlation exists between fiber length and strength,strength and elongation.And significant negative correlation exists between fiber length and fineness,strength and fineness.Clustering analysis result reveals two large categories and three small categories.33 specific germplasm resources are screened.【Conclusion】This group of cotton germplasm materials can provide rich parents materials for cotton breeding and genetics studies.
