香椿不同种源种子性状及芽苗生长分析

目的]分析香椿不同种源种子性状及芽苗生长。方法]对7个产地香椿的种子性状进行比较,并对种子性状与地理因子、气候因子、芽苗指标进行相关性分析。结果]不同种源香椿种子的千粒重、发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、芽长、场圃出芽率和场圃出芽时间均存在显著差异。香椿种子的千粒重与经度、纬度显著负相关,与无霜期极显著正相关。香椿种子的千粒重与芽苗各生长指标间相关性不显著;发芽率与活力指数、发芽指数、芽长、场圃发芽率极显著正相关,与发芽势显著正相关,与平均发芽速度、场圃出芽时间极显著负相关。结论]陕西山阳、河南信阳的种源质量较好,可为本地香椿育苗或芽苗菜生产选种提供一定的参考依据。

Seed Characters and Seedling Growth of Different Provenances of Toona sinensis Roem.

Objective] To analyze the seed characters and seedling growth of different provenances of Toona sinensis Roem.Method] We compared the seed characters of T.sinensis from seven provenances;correlation analysis between seed character and geographical factor, climate factor, seedling index was carried out.Result] T.sinensis from seven provenances had significant differences in 1 000-grain weight, germination rate, germination potential, germination index, vigor index, bud length, nursery budding rate and nursery germination time.The 1 000-grain weight of T.sinensis seeds showed significantly negative correlation with longitude and latitude, but had significantly positive correlation with frost-free period.The 1 000-grain weight of T.sinensis seeds was not significantly correlated with the growth indexes of seedlings.Germination rate had extremely significantly positive correlation with vigor index, germination index, bud length, and nursery germination rate, was significantly positively correlated with germination potential, and had extremely significantly negative correlation with average germination speed, and nursery germination time.Conclusion] Shanyang in Shaanxi Province and Xinyang in Henan Province have relatively good quality of provenance, which provides certain references for the breeding and edible sprout nurturing of local T.sinensis.
