农产品微商顾客满意度影响因素研究

摘    要:微商模式的便捷性有利于农村特色农产品与市场更好地对接,其顾客满意度的高低直接影响农产品微商的发展前景。基于实地考察数据,对农产品微商顾客满意度的影响因素进行分析,结果表明:农产品的质量安全是顾客满意度的首要影响因素,农产品依靠微商模式,需提升产品差异性,走中高端品牌道路。

Abstract:Wechat business mode of convenience is conducive to that the rural characteristics of agricultural products and the market can better docking,the customer satisfaction directly affect agricultural wechat business development prospects.Based on the field survey data the influence factors of customer satisfaction were analyzed,the results showed that the quality and safety of agricultural products is the primary influence factors of customer satisfaction.Agricultural products rely on wechat business mode to improve product difference,and choose high-end brands as the target.
