4种常见补益中药微量元素的测定

目的]测定黄芪、当归、白芍、甘草4种常见补益中药中微量元素。方法]采取等离子体发射光谱法,对单方药材和配伍组合药材分别用直接消化、水煎前处理方式进行元素测定。结果]4种中药中钙、镁含量较大,其次是铁、锌、锰、铜,含量稳定;配伍组合中,各个组合镁含量最高,钙、铁、锌、铜、锰的含量较为稳定。但在水煎液中镁含量尤其高,其他元素含量均较低,估计与配伍组合药材有效成分的相互影响有关。结论]4种常见补益中药中各个元素分布规律较为一致,从高到低依次为钙、镁、铁、锌、锰、铜,钙与镁含量较高,铁、锌、锰、铜的含量比较稳定。

Determination of Trace Elements in Four Kinds of Chinese Traditional Medicines

Objective] To determine trace elements in four kinds of Chinese traditional medicines including Astragalus membranaceus,Angelica sinensis,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Liquiritiae.Method] By using plasma emission spectrometry method,single herbs and compatible herbs were determined by direct digestion and decoction pretreatment ways.Result] Results showed that in four kinds of Chinese medicine,the contents of Ca and Mg were the highest,followed by Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu,the contents were stable;in four kinds of compounds of these Chinese medicines,the contents of Mg were much more than other elements,the contents of Ca,Fe,Zn,Cu and Mn were stable.In decoction,Mg was especially high,and the other elements content were very low,which probably be related to the interaction of theses medicines after compatibility.Conclusion] The distribution of each element in four kinds of Chinese traditional medicines is consistent,the order of contents from high to low is Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu,among which,contents of Ca,Mg are relatively high,Mn,Cu are stable.
