| 摘 要： | 动物双歧杆菌是一种常用的益生双歧杆菌菌株,常以益生菌的形式添加到乳制品和其他食品中。该研究就动物双歧杆菌基因组的最新研究进展、重要功能基因和比较基因组进行了综述,以期进一步推广应用该菌株。
