虎杖种子繁育技术研究

摘    要:目的]研究虎杖种子的田间繁育技术,为虎杖有性繁殖提供科学的理论依据。方法]研究不同浸泡时间、浸泡温度、灭菌时间对恒温全光照培养下虎杖种子发芽率的影响以及不同田间管理措施对虎杖种子发芽率及长势的影响。结果]浸种时浸泡时间为4 h,浸泡温度为30℃,50%多菌灵500倍稀释液浸泡时间为5 min时最有利于虎杖种子的萌发;虎杖田间育苗的最佳管理措施为不使用除草剂,不施用尿素,并覆盖透明塑料薄膜进行保温。结论]适宜的水温和足够的浸泡时间有利于虎杖种子的萌发,温度过高过低均不利于种子萌发;虎杖种子为需光性种子,种子萌发必须保证足够的光照。通过覆盖透明塑料地膜提高地温的方式可使田间虎杖种子快速发芽,种子萌发前及幼苗前期不宜施用尿素等速效肥料。

Research on Reproduction Technology of Polygonum cuspidatum Seeds
Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the field reproduction technology of Polygonum cuspidatum seeds,and provide scientific basis for the sexual reproduction of Polygonum cuspidatum.Method]Effects of soaking time,soaking temperature and sterilization time on germination rate of Polygonum cuspidatum seeds at constant temperature and all day illumination were studied.Effects of different field management measures on germination rate of seeds and growing situation were also studied.Result]The soaking time was 4 hours,soaking temperature was 30 ℃ and 50% carbendazim 500 times dilution soaking time was 5 min,which was most conducive to germination of Polygonum cuspidatum seeds.The best management measures for the field reproduction of Polygonum cuspidatum were to use no herbicide,no urea and cover the transparent plastic film for insulation.Conclusion]Suitable soaking temperature and sufficient soaking time in water is beneficial for germination of Polygonum cuspidatum seeds.The germination rate is low when the soaking temperature is too high or too low.Illumination is essential for germination of Polygonum cuspidatum seeds.Transparent plastic mulch can be used to keep the ground temperature that can promote the germination of Polygonum cuspidatum seeds.Urea should not be used before seed's germination and at early seedling stage.
