纤维废料固态发酵产纤维素酶的研究

摘    要:以木质纤维废料为主要原料,采用里氏木霉(TrichodermareeseiATCC56764)固态发酵生产纤维素酶。浅盘发酵试验结果表明:菌丝接种优于孢子接种,底物含水量以70%为宜,在底物初始PH为4.5-6.0时,纤维素酶的形成无明显差异。试验中发现:在同一固态发酵培养基上,至少可以重复进行三批产酵试验。

Abstract:Cellulase production was carried out by solid state fermentation with Trichoderma reesei ATCC 56764 using the corncob residue from xylose manufacture as the substrate. The effects of water content,initial pH value of solid substrate and the inoculum on cellulase synthesis were studied in shallow tray fermentors .It was found that solid substrate could be reused in at least 3 batches and the highest cellulase activity (158 IFPU/g koji) was obtained in the second batch fermentation. To produce cellulase on a larger scale, deep trough fermentor with forced aeration was used and 128 IFPU/g koji (about 305 IFPU/g cellulose)was reached after 5 days solid state fermentation.
