摘    要:为了延长八仙花切花瓶插寿命,以八仙花品种经典红为试验材料,比较分析了保鲜液不同pH值条件下,八仙花切花瓶插寿命及瓶插期间切花吸水、失水及水分平衡动态.结果表明:八仙花切花瓶插期间,pH=5的可利鲜处理,可有效维持花枝水分平衡,显著减缓花枝鲜重变化,使其瓶插寿命达10.4 d,最大花冠径增加率为6.8%.研究结果不仅获得了延长八仙花切花瓶插寿命的新技术,而且为同类切花瓶插寿命的研究提供了依据.

Effects of Different pH Values of Preservatives on Lifetime of Hydrangea macrophylla Ser.Cut Flower

Abstract:In order to prolong the age of Hydrangea macrophylla Ser. cut flower, with Hydrangea macrophflla Ser. cuhivar "classic red" as the test material, the lifetime of the cut flower, the water absorption and loss as well as the water balance during the vase period under the conditions of different pH values of the preservative solution were compared and analyzed. The result indicated that with the treatment of pH=5 available fresh during the vase period of Hydrangea macrophylla cut flower, the water balance of the flower could be maintained effectively and the fresh weight variation of the cut flowers was buffered significantly. With this the lifetime of the cut flowers reached 10.4 days and the increase rate of the maximum crown diameter was 6,8%. The result not only discloses a new method for elongation of the lifetime of the cut flower of Hy- drangea macrophylla Ser. but also provides a helpful evidence for the study of the homogeneous flowers.
