摘    要:以中蜜1号甜瓜种子为材料,研究了不同干热处理对甜瓜种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:不同的处理温度及时间对甜瓜种子发芽势、发芽率及幼苗叶片中叶绿素含量没有显著影响。80℃、24 h处理后甜瓜幼苗的植株高度、茎粗度、地上部分干质量和鲜质量,地下部分干质量和鲜质量都处于较高水平,甜瓜叶片中的POD酶的活性显著高于其他处理。因此80℃、24 h处理是甜瓜种子较为理想的干热处理温度和时间。

Abstract:The seeds of melon variety Zhongmi-1 were treated with different temperature and duration.The results indicated that the effects of different treatments on germination potential,germination rate and leaf chlorophyll content were not significant.The plant height,stem diameter,fresh weight and dry weight of both aboveground part and underground part of plants,and the activity of POD were significantly increased with treatment 80 ℃ for 24 h.Therefore 80 ℃ for 24 h was the best treatment for melon seed treatment.
