| 摘 要： | 通过动物试验，为了探索鸡树条荚迷茎枝水煎液对小鼠血清SOD及MDA含量的影响，把小白鼠随机分为5组，鸡树条英迷高、中、低三个剂量组、生理盐水组、左归丸对照组，提取鸡树条荚迷茎枝水煎液对小鼠进行灌胃给药，采用眼眶取血。检测小鼠体内血清超氧化物歧化酶SOD活性以及血清丙二醛MDA含量。结果表明鸡树条英迷高剂量组SOD活性显著升高而MDA含量显著降低。得出鸡树条荚迷茎枝水煎液能有效提高小鼠超氧化物歧化酶SOD活性，降低丙二醛MDA含量。 |

| Abstract: | In order to explore the effects of Viburnum sargentii stem water decoction on mice serum SOD and MDA by animal experin~nt. The mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, the Viburnum sargentii dose groups （high, meditma and low）, the normal control group, the control group of Zuogui pill. Extraction of Viburnum sargoatii stena water decoction was orally administered to mice, used orbital blood and detected the mice serum SOD activity and MDA content level. The results showed that Viburnum sargentii high dose group increased activity of SOD and decreased MDA level. Got that Vibummn sargentii stem water decoction can effectively increase the mice SOD activity and decreased the MDA level. |
